PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Indica Boutique RockStars Clothing attempts to display all of our products and colors as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colors are represented as best as we can. However, Indica Boutique RockStars Clothing cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product.
Although we make every effort to keep stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

VINTAGE, ARCHIVAL, & BESPOKE ITEMS

Many of our pieces are exclusive 1-of-1 vintage treasures from our archives, hand-printed garments, or custom-made bespoke items. Due to the historic and handmade nature of these garments, slight imperfections, variations in print, or signs of vintage wear are part of their rock & roll history and charm. These unique characteristics are not considered defects.

Indica Boutique believes that the privacy of all personal information is very important. All information collected will be used solely to conduct our business. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties, other than for the purpose of securely processing payments and fulfilling your order (such as providing shipping details to our trusted production partners for made-to-order items). INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

For all international orders, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Indica Boutique is not responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes (such as VAT) applied to international shipments. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, the buyer remains responsible for all shipping costs.
