Processing & Handling
All orders for items in stock are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday), regardless of the shipping method selected. We take great care in hand-packing your boutique items from our West New York, NJ studio to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
USA Domestic Shipping Rates
We use Pirate Ship to secure the most reliable commercial rates via USPS. Our simplified flat-rate shipping tiers are:

Estimated Delivery Times
USPS Ground Advantage: 4–7 Business Days (after processing).
USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 Business Days (after processing).
Please note: We do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays.
Pre-Order & Custom Items
If your order contains a PRE-ORDER item, a made-to-measurement garment, or an on-demand piece, these items will ship separately. Production times vary by design; we appreciate your patience as we craft your unique piece.
International Shipping (UK & Europe)
We are thrilled to offer international shipping to our rockstar clients in the UK and select European countries just in time for our Liverpool runway show!
International Shipping Rates (Shipped securely via USPS)
$15.00 (Petite Luxe & Standard Couture): T-shirts, lightweight apparel, silk scarves, hairwear, and makeup.
$25.00 (Heavy Garments & Collector Items): Jackets, coats, kimonos, mugs, and bulky/heavy items. (Note: If your order contains a mix of light and heavy items, the $30 rate will apply to cover the full package weight).
Estimated Delivery: 7–14 Business Days (after processing, depending on your local customs office).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & VAT (PLEASE READ):
Please note that our shipping costs do not include international customs duties, taxes, or VAT. Customers are fully responsible for paying any fees required by their local customs office or postal service upon delivery. By purchasing from Indica Boutique, you agree to cover these local fees.
Important Shipping Policies
Address Accuracy:
Please verify your shipping address before completing your checkout.
If you notice an error, email us immediately.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee to resend the package.
Once a package has left our facility, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to pack your items securely, Indica Boutique LLC is not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit via USPS. * In the rare event of a lost package, please contact your local USPS office with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you wish to add a Signature Requirement for added security, please mention this in your order notes. We will send a separate invoice for the small additional fee.
