Shipping Delivery Times:
- USPS Standard First Class : 4-7 Business Day Delivery. Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing.
- USPS Priority: 2-3 Business Day Delivery. Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing.
If your order contains a PREORDER item, made to measurements, made by request, or on-demand, we will be shipping your order separately.
The time will be varying depending on the production times of the garment. Please, be patient.
- Standard First Class Clothing and Accessories Shipping: $20.00 / $25.00 fragile items
- Priority Shipping: $35.00 Flat Rate
- USPS Standard First Class: 14-30 Business Day Delivery.
- USPS Priority: 10-14 Business Day Delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BASICS:
- All shipping addresses must be typed in English at checkout. We cannot ship items to you if your address is typed in another language, per USPS.
- Customer is responsible for all customs fees.
- Basic tracking is included for most countries with this shipping method.
- Full tracking is not guaranteed.

Wrong shipping address?
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us by email right away, email@example.com
If for any reason, a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed, etc., the customer is subject to the additional shipping fee for the package to ship out again. Please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart.
If you need to change shipping address after the package leave our facility, there is a chance that we won’t be able to change the address. Customer is also responsible for any additional fee caused during the process.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit, nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS.
If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order.
Please note, this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare, but be aware this can happen.
If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT, please include it in the notes of your order, and we will invoice you the small fee, so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.
