DOMESTIC RETURNS (USA):
Indica Boutique gladly accepts exchanges or returns for store credit on unworn/unwashed full-priced merchandise with original tags attached within 10 days of original delivery date for either store credit or other in-stock items in our shop. All returns are granted in the form of Indica Boutique store credit.
- All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes are FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Face masks, jewelry, all vintage pieces, white articles of clothing, bodysuits and undergarments are all FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Makeup items for well know hygiene reasons are all FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Print-on-demand items: they will be printed after you placed your order. And it will be sending to you directly from the printer manufacturer warehouse (this is a more sustainable, an eco-friendly way to produce garments!).
Because of that, before place your order, we asked you PLEASE, CHECK IT OUT YOUR SIZE IN THE MEASUREMENTS TABLE provide in the product description. We're not able to accept returns of the print-on-demand items.
- We cannot accept exchanges/returns on items that have been damaged after wearing. Any item that is ripped/torn by the owner (or a washing machine, etc) is not a manufacturing defect. We inspect all items to make sure they are not faulty before shipping, so any that incur thereafter are solely the responsibility of the customer. So please be gentle with your new clothing... they are not indestructible!
- Items can only be exchanged ONCE. I.E: if you send back an item and exchange it for another, you can no longer exchange that new item. So please look at all measurements and ask any questions before purchasing!
- We do not honor refunds.
You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item/s exclusive of original shipping charges.
- All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.
- Must email email@example.com for return approval.
- Please include your order number in the initial email.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt. If more than 10 days have gone by since you received your item(s), you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Merchandise must be unworn/unwashed.
- Item(s) cannot also not have any perfume smells, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup stains, etc. Any items sent back to us with any of these will be returned to the customer and marked as FINAL SALE.
- Face masks, jewelry, all vintage pieces, intimates, white clothing or items on sale cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
- All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.
- All makeup items cannot be returned for well know hygiene reasons.
- RETURN SHIPPING is the Responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and any return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Store Credit can be used online at our website
- Store Credit is Non-Transferrable.
- Store Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.
- Maintain track of your return parcel.
- Store credit is issued after your returned is scanned "PICKED UP"
- Maintaining track of status is the responsibility of the customer.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- Store Credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account you may access your store credit by using the same email at checkout as on your original order.
- In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item: You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
- You have to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
- The online warehouse is not open during weekends, we only fulfill and answer emails during business hours.
- Expect a response to your email between 24-72 hrs (not including weekends)
- We do not answer order related questions through DM's, IG, FB, or other social media. We need email chain copies of all exchanges and cannot process them via Instagram or Facebook. If you need to exchange or have issues with your order, please, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
So during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting returns/exchanges on international/Canadian orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
